Longtime Napalm Death bassist Shane Embury has unveiled his debut solo album, "Bridge to Resolution".

This eight-track release marks a significant departure from the band's extreme sound, instead delving into atmospheric goth rock, post-punk and dream pop territory.

Inspired by acts like Cocteau Twins, Killing Joke and The Mission, Embury's solo work is characterized by its introspective nature and soothing melodies.

The album showcases Embury's impressive musicianship, with him handling all instruments and vocals himself.

He drafted in drummer Carl Stokes to help complete the project.

Lyrically, "Bridge to Resolution" explores themes of Jungian psychology and personal growth, tackling concepts like shadow integration and overcoming adversity.
