Narcotic Wasteland has officially joined the 2026 Morbidfest European tour. The death metal project, led by former Nile guitarist and vocalist Dallas Toler-Wade, will perform eight dates across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Switzerland from November 21 to December 1. The tour includes shows in Drachten, Dordrecht, Kortrijk, Berlin, Copenhagen, Kosice, Ostrava, and ZĂĽrich.
The lineup features I Am Morbid, Atheist, and Cancer. Narcotic Wasteland’s performance at Morbidfest follows the release of its single "Fentanyl Zombie Apocalypse," which is available worldwide. The track addresses the opioid crisis through aggressive riffs and unflinching social commentary.
The single was previously promoted during a U.S. tour in August, supported by Visitant, Monochromatic Black, Yotuma, and IATT. The European dates mark Narcotic Wasteland’s expansion into international markets.
