Riot Games has announced a new anthem for the 2026 Valorant Champions Tour, featuring Oli Sykes of BRING ME THE HORIZON and Courtney LaPlante of SPIRITBOX, alongside longtime Valorant collaborator Grabbitz.
The song, titled "If The Sun Burns Out Tonight," was written and produced by Grabbitz and will be released globally on all major streaming platforms this fall.
This marks LaPlante's second project with Riot Games, following her performance of "Ties That Bind" for 2XKO, and introduces Sykes to the Riot Games universe for the first time.
Grabbitz's previous collaborations with Valorant have collectively amassed over 350 million streams worldwide, including the 2021 hit "Die For You" and the 2023 release "Ticking Away".
The anthem is part of Valorant's annual Champions legacy, with past releases including "Superpower," "Ticking Away," "Fire Again," and "Last Shot." The 2026 finals will take place from September 24 to October 18 in Shanghai, bringing together the world's top 16 teams for the tournament's sixth edition.
Riot Games, founded in 2006, has developed titles including League of Legends, Valorant, and 2XKO, with Valorant being a free-to-play 5v5 tactical shooter available on PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and mobile platforms.
The collaboration reflects Riot's commitment to blending music and esports, with the anthem set to be performed during the Champions event."
