RATT singer Stephen Pearcy has shared his thoughts on POISON frontman Bret Michaels' recent exit from the ill-fated 'Freedom 250' concert series in Washington, D.C.

With Michaels citing safety concerns and division as reasons for his departure, Pearcy offered a different perspective, stating that he doesn't mix politics or religion with music, and that artists should stay neutral to avoid making enemies.

He also expressed a similar sentiment towards GREEN DAY's lyrics about U.S.

politicians during their Australian performance last year.

This comes after Pearcy revealed his support for former President Trump on social media in 2026.

Pearcy is set to release his sixth solo album, 'The Dogg Mob', via Top Fuel Records this fall.

He has been touring sporadically under the PEARCY/DEMARTINI moniker with longtime guitarist Warren DeMartini and drummer Blas Elias.

Despite RATT's own lack of new music since 2010, Pearcy's solo work continues to push forward.
