Italian black metal outfit Ponte del Diavolo has signed with local label, Aqueous Records.

The band will release their sophomore album, β€˜De Venom Natura,’ this summer.

This follows the success of their debut album, β€˜Fire Blades from the Tomb,’ released in 2024.

Their new album promises to be a darkly romantic nightmare made manifest.

Ponte del Diavolo's sound combines elements of black metal and gothic post-punk with a disarming mixture of harrowing intensity and skillful lightness of touch.

Vocalist Erba del Diavolo remains the band's secret weapon, featuring in feral roar, angelic melody and urgent spoken word.

Their new album is set to explore dark themes, taking a more measured approach than their debut.

The release date for β€˜De Venom Natura,’ will be announced soon.

Meanwhile, Ponte del Diavolo has been touring extensively in support of the album, with dates including festivals and club shows across Europe.

A full itinerary is available on the band's website.
