During this weekend's Grammy Awards, a special tribute was paid to late BLACK SABBATH frontman Ozzy Osbourne.

Post Malone performed alongside Slash, Duff McKagan and Chad Smith of RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS for a cover of the BLACK SABBATH classic ""War Pigs"" at Sunday night's ceremony in Los Angeles.

Kelly, Sharon and Jack Osbourne were visibly emotional during the performance, which was part of the annual ""In Memoriam"" segment honoring those who are no longer with us.

Reba McEntire, Brandy Clark and Lukas Nelson also paid tribute to several notable figures, including Brett James, Alan Bergman, Sheila Jordan and more with ""Trailblazer"".

The tribute performance was a highlight of the 2026 Grammy Awards, which were hosted by Trevor Noah and broadcast live on CBS.

The ceremony was also available to stream on demand on Paramount+.

Ozzy Osbourne died last July at the age of 76 due to complications from coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease.,Ozzy's death certificate revealed that he passed away on July 22, 2025.

A private funeral service for the legendary BLACK SABBATH singer was held on July 31, 2025 in Buckinghamshire, England.

Only 110 friends and family members attended the intimate ceremony, which included Ozzy's former BLACK SABBATH bandmates Robert Trujillo of METALLICA, Rob Zombie, Zakk Wylde, Marilyn Manson and Corey Taylor of SLIPKNOT.

Thousands of fans gathered outside Birmingham Cathedral in a tribute to Ozzy prior to the private funeral service.,Ozzy had reunited with his original BLACK SABBATH lineup for what would be his final performance at last August's ""Back To The Beginning"" charity concert in their hometown of Birmingham, United Kingdom.

At this show, Ozzy performed five songs with his solo band before being joined by his former bandmates Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler for four classic BLACK SABBATH tracks.

His original set featured four songs from his debut album ""Blizzard Of Ozz"" along with the ballad ""Mama, I'm Coming Home"" from his 1991 album ""No More Tears".
