In a recent interview with the Iron City Rocks podcast, guitarist Michael Wilton said the band has begun writing material for the follow-up to 2022’s Digital Noise Alliance.

“We’ve started the writing process. We’ve got a good bunch of songs,” Wilton said. “It’s happening in pockets of time. All bands are touring, so you find a week where you can go record, and producers are used to that now.”

The band is currently working on demos for the next album, with guitarist Mike Stone contributing guitar solos and drummer Casey Grillo handling additional drumming duties.

Queensrÿche’s next studio album will be their final release under their current contract with Century Media and Sony Music.
