LAMB OF GOD frontman Randy Blythe has been speaking out about politics and apathy in a recent interview with Sam Law of Kerrang! magazine.

When asked how he responds to people who say that musicians should stay out of politics, Blythe replied, 'To those people, I say 'Go fuck yourself.'' He went on to explain his thoughts on the matter, saying, 'I'm an American citizen and a world traveler.

More than that, I'm a human being.

I'm not some dancing monkey put here for your entertainment...

If you have any sort of moral compass at all, it's irresponsible to not exercise your right to speak up.' Blythe also touched on the topic of change in society, stating that he believes certain values are being abandoned due to the rapid spread of technology.

However, he emphasized that he doesn't define himself as either liberal or conservative, and that he thinks people should be allowed to have opinions without being immediately labeled as one side or the other.

Blythe's comments come ahead of LAMB OF GOD's upcoming tour with KUBLAI KHAN TX, FIT FOR AN AUTOPSY and SANGUISUGABOGG.

The tour kicks off on March 17 and promises to be a heavy-hitting show in support of their latest album, 'Into Oblivion', which is set to drop on March 13 via Epic Records.

Blythe's thoughts on politics and apathy serve as a reminder that everyone has the power to make a difference through their actions and opinions.

In other news, LAMB OF GOD recently announced their spring North American tour dates.

The band will be joined by several supporting acts and promises to deliver an unforgettable live experience for fans in 2026.
