Danish metal band Raunchy has emerged from years of silence, announcing that they've re-signed with Mighty Music.
The group's first studio album in 12 years will be released this summer.
The LP was recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by Jacob Hansen at Hansen Studios.
The album features the same lineup as their latest release in 2014: Jesper Andreas Tilsted on guitars and keyboards, Lars Christensen on guitars, Jesper Kvist on bass, Morten Toft Hansen on drums, and Jeppe Christensen on keyboards and vocals.
Vocalist Mike Semesky, who replaced Kasper Thomsen for the album's follow-up to "A Discord Electric", commented: "12 years of silence end right here.
We've officially signed with Mighty Music.
A new chapter begins.
New album out this summer." Mighty Music released Raunchy's first two albums, "Velvet Noise" (2001) and "Confusion Bay" (2003).
Further information about the new album, singles, videos and touring will be announced shortly.
Raunchy was formed in 1992 and has released six albums, including their latest release in 2014.
The band's music will continue to evolve with their new partnership with Mighty Music.
