Danish metal veterans RAUNCHY have unleashed the official lyric video for their latest single, Frameworker".
The track is taken from RAUNCHY's long-awaited new album Prisoner", due later this year via Mighty Music.
Recorded by Jacob Hansen at Hansen Studios, Frameworker combines crushing mechanized grooves, razor-sharp riffing and haunting electronic textures to further expand RAUNCHY's unmistakable "death pop" identity into darker territory.
The band comments that Frameworker is about the unseen architecture of perception, tracing how language and ideology evolve from rudimentary expression into instruments shaping human understanding.
"What begins as raw sound becomes a coded script, programming the lens through which reality is interpreted," they say.
This song questions the constructs that draw thought lines while quietly imprisoning the mind.
With their catalog marked by constant evolution and strong European stages presence, RAUNCHY remains Denmark's most enduring metal exports.
Formed in 1992, RAUNCHY has released six albums, including their latest, Prisoner.
The band features Jesper Andreas Tilsted on guitars and keyboards, Lars Christensen on guitars, Jesper Kvist on bass, Morten Toft Hansen on drums, Jeppe Christensen on keyboards and vocals, and Mike Semensky on vocals.
