Australian metalcore band Reliqa has revealed their second full-length album, High Risk Thoughts, set for release on February 12 via Nuclear Blast. The album features the opening track "Serum," which the band describes as a bridge between their early sound and current direction, blending mechanical intensity with unexpected musical twists. The track has been consistently performed live and has generated strong audience energy.

Reliqa's debut album, Secrets Of The Future (2024), earned over four million streams and established the band as a key force in the Australian heavy music scene. They have toured nationally with acts like Northlane and Periphery, and have headlined at major festivals including Good Things and Life’s A Beach.

High Risk Thoughts draws from the sonic strengths of Spiritbox, Northlane, and Bring Me The Horizon, combining melodic depth with dynamic intensity. Lyrically, the album emphasizes self-compassion, patience, and the value of personal growth, reinforcing a message of celebration and resilience.

To mark the album's release, Reliqa has launched a North America tour in support of Northlane. The tour marks the band's first overseas outing.
