To commemorate their 60th anniversary, the legendary Scorpions have released a new mix of their debut album 'Lonesome Crow', originally released in 1972 on the Brain label.
The new 2026 mix is based on the original master tapes from producer Conny Plank's archive and was remixed by Hans-Martin Buff, who won a Grammy in 2025.
The album will be available as strictly limited colored vinyl in a gatefold cover and as a digital sleeve CD, complete with new liner notes featuring an interview with Klaus Meine and Rudolf Schenker.
The original 'Lonesome Crow' lineup featured Klaus Meine on vocals, Rudolf Schenker on rhythm guitar, Michael Schenker on lead guitar, Lothar Heimberg on bass, and Wolfgang Dziony on drums.
Fans can pre-order the new release at scorpions.shop or through other digital platforms.
In related news, Scorpions have announced a new headlining residency in Las Vegas, which will take place from September 17 to October 3, 2026, at PH Live at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
The shows will feature special guest Buckcherry and mark the band's fourth run of sold-out shows at the venue.
Scorpions Rock Zone fan club members will have exclusive access to tickets starting February 18, with general sale opening on February 21.
