SCORPIONS have officially launched their 60th-anniversary tour, beginning in March 2025 in Mexico, Brazil, and Chile.

The tour was initially scheduled to start in February 2025 with a Las Vegas residency at PH Live at Planet Hollywood, but those dates were postponed due to drummer Mikkey Dee's recovery following a sepsis diagnosis.

In May 2025, the band canceled several South American 60th-anniversary concert dates after vocalist Klaus Meine contracted a respiratory infection.

Despite this setback, Meine has remained a consistent presence in the band, appearing on all studio albums, and expressed his continued passion for performing.

In a Rolling Stone India interview, he said: 'We still enjoy what we're doing.

We're still very passionate about things and very excited to go on this road ahead.' Meine added: 'We're still standing.

God knows how long we can do this.

We're getting older every year, but when we see the fans in front of the stage, we get so much energy and power back from our fans that we're still young at heart.' The band's latest album, 'Rock Believer,' released in February 2022, was recorded primarily at Peppermint Park Studios in Hannover, Germany and mixed at Hansa Studios in Berlin, Germany by engineer Michael Ilbert.

SCORPIONS' only continuous member is guitarist Rudolf Schenker, with guitarist Matthias Jabs joining in 1978 and bassist Paweł Mąciwoda and drummer Mikkey Dee joining in 2003 and 2016, respectively.
