One week after announcing their 15th studio album ONE, GRAMMY Award–nominated metal icons Sevendust have returned with their first new music of 2026.

The Atlanta heavyweights have released “Is This The Real You,” a thunderous new single that showcases the band’s trademark balance of aggression, melody, and emotional honesty.

“It was as honest, natural, and pure as any song can be,” guitarist John Connolly says. “If you really want to know what Sevendust sounds like in 2026, ‘Is This The Real You’ gives you a good idea.”

The single arrives alongside an animated music video directed by Paul Ribera, exploring themes of identity and manipulation. The clip follows a sharply dressed figure with the power to compel others into actions they wouldn’t normally take.

Set for release on May 1 via Napalm Records, ONE continues to expand Sevendust’s unmistakable sound nearly three decades into their career. From the driving opening riff of the title track “One” to the atmospheric vocal outro of “Misdirection,” the album promises a wide-ranging sonic journey.

Pre-orders are available here.

Sevendust will support the album with a major U.S. tour kicking off April 16 in Carterville, Illinois, and running through May 20 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Support comes from Atreyu, Fire From The Gods, and American Adrenaline.

The band will also appear as special guests for Alter Bridge on April 26 in Atlanta, GA, and May 21 in Nashville, TN, and will perform at Welcome To Rockville and Sonic Temple.
