In an interview with Primordial Radio, SHINEDOWN guitarist Zach Myers expressed his disdain for using artificial intelligence to generate music.

He deemed such methods "awful" and argued that relying on technology can lead to a loss of creativity and soul in music.

Referring to the band's own success, Myers boasted that they achieved 24 Number Ones without utilizing AI.

SHINEDOWN recently released their eighth studio album, "Ei8ht", which bassist Eric Bass produced with a focus on human intuition rather than technology-driven templates.

The band is currently embarking on their massive "Dance, Kid, Dance Act II" world tour alongside support acts COHEED AND CAMBRIA and others.
