In an interview with Metal Blade Records CEO Brian Slagel on the 100 Songs That Define Heavy Metal podcast, Six Feet Under vocalist Chris Barnes revealed that their upcoming album, following Killing For Revenge (2024), is complete.

The new record is a collaboration between Barnes and guitarist Jack Owen, with each writing half of the lyrics.

Barnes praises Owen's immersive writing style and calls the album diverse, incorporating elements from earlier albums like Haunted, The Bleeding, and Killing For Revenge.

The album will be mixed by Mark Lewis, who they worked with on Graveyard Classics III (2010), Undead (2012) and Unborn (2013).

Barnes expressed excitement for the collaboration, citing Lewis's work on Dying Fetus's latest record.
