Soilwork Announces Anniversary Plans and Tour with Amon Amarth

Swedish melodic death metal band Soilwork is celebrating their 30th anniversary in style.

To mark the occasion, a series of reflective videos will be shared, featuring vocalist BjΓΆrn β€œSpeed” Strid talking about recording the 2003 album Figure Number Five, the change of sound, the filming of β€œRejection Role,” and touring Australia.

The set includes the band's 2003 album artwork and tracklisting.

This marks a rare opportunity to revisit Soilwork's formative years, during which they transitioned from their early melodic death metal sound to their more contemporary style.

In live news, Soilwork will join Amon Amarth for The Allfather Awakens Tour this fall with Orbit Culture as the supporting act.
