Jeff Keith, frontman of Tesla, has revealed the full details of the band’s new album, Homage, set for release on July 17 via Frontiers Music Srl.

The album features a collection of cover songs honoring legendary vocalists including Elvis Presley, Freddie Mercury, Sam Cooke, Etta James, and James Brown, with original tracks such as 'Never Alone' and a Target-exclusive acoustic version of 'Come And Get It' by Badfinger.

Homage marks Tesla’s return to their roots as a cover band, paying tribute to the artists who shaped their musical journey.

The band emphasizes that the project is not about imitation, but acknowledgment — a 'thank-you note written in sound' to the icons who influenced their development.

The album includes a bonus track specifically for the Target edition, which is an acoustic cover of 'Come And Get It' by Badfinger.

In addition to the new album, Tesla has announced the Return of the Carnival of Sins Tour, kicking off on July 17 in Burgettstown, PA, and concluding on September 26 in Ridgefield, WA.

The tour features Mötley Crüe and Extreme as headliners and includes stops across the United States, from New Jersey to California.

Key dates include Holmdel, NJ; Mansfield, MA; Alpharetta, GA; Tampa, FL; and the final show at Cascades Amphitheater in Ridgefield, WA.

The band confirms that Homage was inspired by the music they grew up listening to, with songs selected for their vocal diversity and cultural significance.

Tesla shares: 'Our new album Homage is a thank-you note written in sound.

An offering to the great singers and songs that shaped the music we grew up listening to, and the songs we would eventually write.

We hope you all enjoy this as much as we did making it.

Thank you for all the years – keep it real and keep on rockin’!'"
