Vocalist Chuck Billy of San Francisco Bay Area thrash metal veterans TESTAMENT spoke with Jacob Ridenour of the Wildman Podcast about how the Internet has changed music consumption and sound quality, particularly regarding vinyl's resurgence in popularity.

With some fans craving better sound quality after being served digital mediums like ultra-compressed MP3 format, Billy noted that 'vinyl has a different sound than digital.' He concurred with Ridenour that earlier records have a distinct warmth due to the mixing process for vinyl.

TESTAMENT recently announced its "Thrash Of The Titans" world tour in support of its latest album, "Para Bellum." The U.S.

leg of the trek launches in March and unites TESTAMENT with fellow thrash legends OVERKILL and DESTRUCTION for one of the fiercest tours of the new year.
