Icelandic retro-fueled prog rock torchbearers The Vintage Caravan have released an official video for “Days Go By,” featured on their latest album Portals, out now via Napalm Records.
In a statement, the band reflected on their career: "We proudly present the video for ‘Days Go By!’ Our dear friend Emilie Bardalou shot the footage during our 2025 EU Portals tour and it really captures that live energy and shows some rarely seen footage from behind the scenes." The band also discussed their touring schedule, saying: "Touring has always been a huge part of our lives, doing close to 100 shows per year for 12 years, very high highs, low lows, we have pushed ourselves over the edge in the past and we felt we were getting close again." As a result, The Vintage Caravan has announced their final tour dates will take place in November.
However, they plan to scale back their performances, opting to focus on shows in Iceland rather than embarking on extensive tours.
Their last show is expected to be their final performance for some time.
"It’s not easy making this decision," the band stated.
"The band has been the biggest and one of the most important things in our lives for 20 years." The Vintage Caravan's tour itinerary can be found here, along with ticket links.
Their latest album Portals is available now in various formats via Napalm Records.
