In a recent interview with Global News’ Adam Wallis, GHOST frontman Tobias Forge ruled out the possibility of a new EP, despite the band’s history of releasing EPs between full-length albums.

“No. As of right now, there is no EP coming,” Forge said. He added that while he has several creative projects in progress, including an untitled non-GHOST release that is not a covers EP, the band’s long-term future remains fluid.

“I still have ideas, I still have dreams,” Forge said, while noting that plans tied to the band’s current “Skeletour” may evolve over time.

GHOST are currently on the North American leg of the “Skeletour,” which runs through February 23 at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles. The European leg concluded May 24, 2025, in Oslo. Recent stops have included the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida, though three North American shows were canceled due to state-of-emergency declarations in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The band’s next show is scheduled for January 28 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.

The tour follows the release of GHOST’s latest album, Skeletá, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 86,000 equivalent album units in its first week.

Forge also addressed the tour’s mandatory no-phones policy, which requires fans to secure their devices in Yondr pouches. He acknowledged resistance from fans and venue staff but said the policy is essential to fully present the band’s elaborate live production.

The music video for the single “Satanized” introduced Papa V Perpetua, the new character set to front GHOST throughout the band’s 2025 and 2026 touring cycles.
