Cinderella frontman Tom Keifer has canceled the last three shows of his 2026 solo tour following a severe vocal muscle strain that has resulted in a complete loss of his singing voice.

The affected dates include July 30 at the Keswick Theatre in Glenside, Pennsylvania; an August 1 appearance at Rock The Dam festival in Beaver Dam, Kentucky; and a previously rescheduled August 3 show at Warehouse Live Midtown in Houston, Texas.

The Houston concert was originally set for June 27 but was postponed just minutes before the show due to 'sudden illness.' In a statement posted Wednesday, July 29, Tom's manager Tim Heyne of Union Entertainment Group confirmed: "Unfortunately, Tom Keifer has suffered a severe vocal muscle strain/injury resulting in complete loss of singing voice, forcing the cancellation of the last three upcoming shows of the Keiferband's 2026 concert tour.

Please contact the venues or ticket services for refunds." Keifer, who has transitioned to a solo career over the past decade and a half, continues to work on new material for the follow-up to his 2019 solo album 'Rise,' released via Cleopatra Records.

The Keiferband currently includes Savannah Keifer, Tony Higbee, Billy Mercer, Tanya Davis, Jarred Pope, and Kory Myers.

Keifer was the lead vocalist for Cinderella throughout the band's early albums, including 1986's 'Night Songs' and 1988's 'Long Cold Winter.' The band recorded two more studio albums before Keifer suffered vocal paresis, grunge took hold, and the group lost its record deal.

Although Cinderella hasn't released a new studio album since 1994's 'Still Climbing,' the band began playing sporadic shows again in 2010 and has remained largely inactive in recent years while Keifer focused on his solo work.

In March 2022, Keifer stated he was 'not prepared' for the 2021 passing of guitarist Jeff LaBar, who was found dead in July 2021 in his Nashville apartment at the age of 58."
