Tomahawk will officially return to the stage later this year after announcing a month-long U.S.
tour celebrating their 25th anniversary.
The run also reunites them with longtime labelmates Melvins, marking the first time the bands have toured together since the 2003 Geek Show trek.
Featuring guitarist Duane Denison, vocalist Mike Patton, drummer John Stanier, and bassist Trevor Dunn, Tomahawk last toured behind 2013's Oddfellows.
While the band returned with 2021's Tonic Immobility, pandemic restrictions prevented them from performing the album live.
The tour kicks off on July 18 at Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville, TN and wraps up on August 15 at The Belasco in Los Angeles, CA.
The lineup includes supporting acts but Melvins will be sharing the stage with Tomahawk for this month-long run.
Tickets are available for purchase through StubHub.
"We tried to keep tickets as affordable as possible for these shows," said Mike Patton.
"We know horrible fees get added as well.
Sharing the stage with the Melvins makes this an even better deal." The band has announced that they will not be adding more cities to this run, nor do they have any other touring plans in 2026.
However, they may consider touring internationally in 2027.
"We are all busy with other things and not as young as we used to be so we crammed as many dates into the period that we were all available," added Patton.
"Our booking agent solicits offers and routes the dates based on the offers received."
