In May 2025, Truth Devoid frontman Mike Majewski was involved in a fatal drunk-driving crash on the Dallas North Tollway, killing one passenger and critically injuring five others, including himself.

The Texas Department of Public Safety confirmed the collision occurred at approximately 1:30 a.m. on Monday, May 12, in Dallas.

After being released from the hospital on January 29, Majewski was immediately arrested. He faces four counts of Intoxication Assault with a Vehicle causing Serious Bodily Injury and one count of Intoxicated Manslaughter with a Vehicle.

He is currently being held on a $175,000 bond by the Collin County Department of Corrections.
