Twisted Sister has confirmed its new touring lineup for fall 2026, featuring former Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach as the band's lead vocalist. The announcement follows the resignation of iconic frontman Dee Snider due to health challenges, with Snider having previously expressed his support for Bach's appointment. Bach, who has long been a devoted fan of the band, stated he received full approval from Snider before joining, emphasizing his deep admiration for Twisted Sister's music and legacy.

The new touring lineup includes Bach on lead vocals, Jay Jay French and Eddie Ojeda on guitar, Russell Pzütto on bass, and Joey Cassata on drums. Pzütto, who previously toured with Snider on solo projects, has replaced former bassist Mark "The Animal" Mendoza. Cassata, who played drums on Ace Frehley's final solo album, has stepped in for Joe Franco, who was previously scheduled to join but is unavailable for the fall 2026 shows.

Twisted Sister played its first concert with Bach on August 28 at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey, and performed a second show on September 3 in California. The band has a history of frequent lineup changes, having seen 20 members over its 53-year career, with half of them no longer active. The current lineup continues the band's tradition of honoring its musical legacy.

Bach described his motivation as both personal and respectful, citing his admiration for Twisted Sister's music and the legacy of its songs. He compared the band's evolution to the replacements of Steve Perry in Journey and Freddie Mercury in Queen, asserting that Bach will be an 'unbelievable' successor. The band's reunion began in 2001, following a one-off performance at the Metal Hall of Fame in 2019, where Snider, French, Mendoza and Mike Portnoy were inducted.
