After missing the Scandinavian leg of URIAH HEEP's farewell tour due to illness, founding guitarist Mick Box rejoined his bandmates on stage during this year's Rock Legends Cruise XIII.
The cruise sets sail February 22-27, 2026 on Royal Caribbean's Liberty Of The Seas.
Fan-filmed video of URIAH HEEP's performances can be seen below.
The band was joined on stage by guitarist Sam Wood, who has been touring with the THIN LIZZY spinoff outfit BLACK STAR RIDERS and WAYWARD SONS, the band led by LITTLE ANGELS frontman Toby Jepson.
URIAH HEEP announced its plans to embark on a farewell tour in September 2024, which kicked off with a seven-show U.K.
run in February 2025.
Box had previously told Classic Rock magazine that a number of factors contributed to URIAH HEEP's decision to retire from touring, including the challenges posed by Brexit and COVID.
However, in December 2024, Box revealed to Planet Rock's Paul Anthony that despite the farewell tour, URIAH HEEP still has plans to record new music.
"We'll do some writing and go into the recording studio," he said.
"It's just that we're not doing the really long stuff." URIAH HEEP will continue touring, albeit in sections rather than a whole long splurge, for approximately two or three years as part of their farewell tour.
The band has sold over 40 million albums worldwide since its debut in 1970.
