Pagan metal band Varg are preparing for the release of their first live album, Live at Wolfszeit Festival 2024.

The album features thrilling live versions of 16 tracks recorded at the group's own festival in 2024.

The album contains a goosebump-inducing live version of the song "Ewige Wacht," which was originally released as the title track of Varg's most recent studio album.

That album scored their highest chart entry to date, reaching the top 15 of the Official German Album Charts.

The band shares that "Ewige Wacht" is a special moment for them every time they play it live, and when the crowd sings back every lyric, they feel very clearly why this song has become the centerpiece of the album.

The live album will be released in various formats, including Blu-ray + CD DVDpack, digital concert, and digital album.

It will be available on May 22 via Napalm Records.
