Green Day has launched Green Day TV, a 24/7 live stream now available exclusively on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/live/Xu90G4oFq2o.

The stream offers continuous access to music videos, live performances, and archival footage from nearly three decades of the band's history.

It also features exclusive content including surprise drops, giveaways, and trivia.

The platform will debut 'Transmission Unknown,' a weekly variety show hosted by drummer Tré Cool, spotlighting emerging artists through live performances, interviews, and original sketches.

The announcement comes ahead of the release of Green Day's new film 'Nimrods,' set for theatrical screening on August 14.

Directed by Lee Kirk and produced by Tim Perell, the coming-of-age film follows three friends who believe their band is opening for Green Day on New Year's Eve, leading to a wild road trip inspired by the band's tour life.

The film features a star-studded cast including Mason Thames, Kylr Coffman, Ryan Foust, Ignacio Diaz-Silverio, Keen Ruffalo, Jenna Fischer, Angela Kinsey, Mckenna Grace, Fred Armisen, Bobby Lee and Sean Gunn.

The 'Nimrods Original Soundtrack,' released last week, is available on all streaming platforms.

It includes 22 fan-favorite Green Day tracks, new songs, and previously unreleased live recordings.

The 30-track album also features contributions from The Paradox, ULTRA Q, Mckenna Grace, and the fictional band ANALOG DOGS.

Formed in 1986 in Berkeley, California, Green Day has sold over 75 million records worldwide and released 14 studio albums.

Their 1994 album 'Dookie' achieved ten-times-platinum status, helping revive mainstream punk rock.

The band's 2004 rock opera 'American Idiot' sold over eight million copies in the U.S.

and won a Grammy for Best Rock Album.

In January 2024, Green Day released their Grammy-nominated 14th studio album 'Saviors,' which debuted at No. 1 on seven Billboard charts.

The band concluded their largest world tour to date in September 2025, having played 106 shows across 88 cities and 33 countries, selling over 2.5 million tickets."
