Genre-defying instrumental rock innovators POLYPHIA will release their fifth full-length studio album, "Be Not Afraid", on October 23 via Rise Records. The official music video for the single "Power In The Blood" was filmed in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, at the São Francisco da Penitência Church, featuring ornate gold-leaf Baroque backdrops. The album was recorded throughout 2024 and 2025 in Miami, Los Angeles, and Dallas, with co-producer RJ Pasin and guitarist Spiro Dussias. Guitarist Tim Henson initiated composition by singing lines aloud, then translating them to guitar, fostering a real-time, communal creative process.

The band emphasized that the sessions were defined by fun and collaboration, resulting in an album that feels deeply personal and layered. The record explores the duality of good and evil, with contrasting moods ranging from triumphant to spine-chilling. POLYPHIA previously released the single "Can You Feel It" in early 2024, marking their first new music in over four years. The band has refused to compromise on the final product, leading to a delay of the North American leg of the 2026 world tour to early 2027.
RJ Pasin will support all dates worldwide. North American shows will feature LADRONES, with select dates including INTERVALS. PERTURBATOR will join all European dates, which remain scheduled for November and December 2026. Tickets purchased for prior tour dates are valid for the new show dates.
