Zakk Wylde (Black Label Society) has opened up about the time Ozzy Osbourne poked him in the eyes and punched him in the mouth.

In a funny excerpt from an interview with the Garza Podcast, Wylde recalled the incident saying “Ozzy poked me right in the eyes, and then punched me in the mouth.

I went a little heavy on the Colman’s mustard on his ham sandwich.

And I never did that again.

I always went lighter on the Colman’s.” He added, “And after you got poked in the eyes by the boss, and then he socked me in the jaw, I never went too heavy on the Coleman’s again.” The guitarist has also shared details about Black Label Society's new album Engines Of Demolition, which was written during his relentless Pantera Celebration World Tour.

Wylde says the album covers the highest highs and lowest lows of the last four years.

Engines Of Demolition is set to release on March 27 via Locomotive Records.

A tracklisting for the album has been shared featuring songs like “Name In Blood,” “Gatherer Of Souls,” and Wylde's heartfelt ballad, “Ozzy’s Song.” Black Label Society have also announced a headlining tour in support of Engines Of Demolition.

The North American Tour 2026 kicks off on February 27 in San Antonio, TX, and will run through April 10 in Charlotte, NC.

A short leg of Southeastern US dates follows in May.

The shows will see Wylde and his bandmates serving double-duty with special guests Zakk Sabbath (feat.

Wylde, Jeff Fabb and John DeServio) and Dark Chapel (feat.

Dario Lorina).
