METALLICA has announced six additional shows for its highly anticipated Las Vegas residency, 'Life Burns Faster,' at the Sphere.
The new dates bring the total number of performances to twenty, with the first run now consisting of seven shows in October and November, followed by thirteen more shows in January and February.
The new additions are: February 4 & 6; February 18 & 20; and February 25 & 27.
This brings the total number of dates for 'Life Burns Faster' to twenty.
The fan club presale will be made available to Legacy and Fifth Members together at 3 p.m.

METALLICA's Lars Ulrich expressed his excitement about the residency in a statement: "About 12 seconds into the opening night of Sphere with U2 back in '23, I thought, 'We have to do this.'" He continued, "This residency gives us another chance to reinvent how we interact with our fans in a live setting.
We are beyond excited to share this with the world in six months' time." The Las Vegas residency is produced by Live Nation and presented by inKind, which rewards diners with special offers and credit back when they use the app to pay at top-rated restaurants nationwide.
METALLICA has been rumored to be considering a Sphere residency since August 2025.
Drummer Robert Trujillo was asked about the possibility on SiriusXM's "Trunk Nation With Eddie Trunk" in April 2025, saying he hasn't actually visited the venue yet but is excited about the potential for a new live experience.
"I think there's potential for a lot of visual stimulation on this," he said.
METALLICA guitarist Kirk Hammett discussed the idea of performing at the Las Vegas Sphere with The Hollywood Reporter in April 2025, calling it "a great example of how venues are changing." The Sphere has already hosted residencies from legendary rockers like U2 and PHISH.
It features a state-of-the-art LED screen and powerful sound system, making it an ideal venue for immersive entertainment experiences.
METALLICA's 'Life Burns Faster' residency will see live staples and surprises spanning the band's catalog enhanced by the Sphere's cutting-edge technologies.
Fans can look forward to an entirely new METALLICA experience when they visit the Las Vegas Sphere in 2027.
