Chart-topping Australian metal band NORTHLANE has independently released a new single, "Evian", marking another bold step in their evolution.

The song delves into a duality of euphoric trance and seismic breakdowns as its affecting lyrics explore facing trauma to emerge stronger for loved ones.

Frontman Marcus Bridge explains: "'Evian' is about self-improvement through confronting trauma then finding your way back to someone from a healthier place.

It explores the choice to grow on your own rather than dragging others down with you, making a conscious effort to heal before your struggles start affecting those you care about." The video for "Evian" was directed by Colin Jeffs and is available below.

With multiple ARIA No.

1 albums, awards, and over 500 million streams under their belt, NORTHLANE continues to push the boundaries of heavy music globally with a singular sound that shifts the genre's landscape with every release.

They will embark on an extensive international touring schedule, delivering their hypnotic live show on tour with DAYSEEKER across North America starting May 1, before heading to Europe for a packed summer festival circuit with stops at Bloodstock, Summer Breeze, and Re-Load.

After that, the band will return to Australia to join the Hellbound cruise for its maiden voyage and more dates to be announced later.

This comes after NORTHLANE dropped their "Mirror's Edge" EP in April 2024, recorded with producer Will Putney.

The EP is described as "the greatest hits of NORTHLANE sounds," showcasing a nostalgic journey through all the colors on their sonic palette, complete with bonus shades from special guests Winston McCall and Ian Kenny.
