Unearth Re-Signs with Metal Blade Records for New Chapter

Metal Blade Records is pleased to announce their re-signing of Unearth, a Massachusetts-based metalcore band known for their blend of European death metal melodicism and American thrash and hardcore.

The reunion marks nearly three decades into the band's career, during which they have played innumerable gigs and massive festivals on six continents, sold hundreds of thousands of records, and inspired some of the most important bands in extreme metal today.

Trevor Phipps, vocalist for Unearth, notes, "Getting another shot at working with Metal Blade Records feels nothing short of coming home.

We truly got our best chance at making a life of creating music and touring during our first run with Metal Blade from 2004-2011." The band's new management home is AISAmusic, while European booking agency Cobra will handle their tours in the region.

Unearth will embark on a summer festival tour in Europe and Asia starting this year.

Key dates include: * July 25 - Budapest, Hungary at Barba Negra * July 31 - Goldenstedt, Germany at Afdreiht Un Buten Festival * August 1 - Löbnitz, Germany at Full Rewind Festival * August 3 - Milan, Italy at Magnolia Open Air * August 5 - Zurich, Switzerland at Dynamo * August 7 - Jeroměř, Czech Republic at Brutal Assault Festival Unearth's most recent release was their album "The Wretched; The Ruinous," through MNRK Heavy Records.

Their reunion with Metal Blade Records marks a new chapter in the band's career.
