German power metal supergroup Angus McSix has teamed up with German acappella troupe Van Canto for their new single, "Dig Down," an out-of-the-box harbinger from their sophomore album Angus McSix and the All-Seeing Astral Eye.

Mixing their epicness with Van Canto's signature style, the power metal supergroup crafts an undeniably entertaining and inciting hymn.

The song features Angus McSix's new vocalist Adam McSix on lead vocals.

The track is part of Angus McSix's sophomore album, which will be released via Napalm Records on March 13.

The band's sophomore effort promises to be just as epic as their chart-storming debut, Angus McSix and the Sword of Power.

Their lead single amassed over three million Spotify streams.

Angus McSix has shared an explanation for "Dig Down" in a statement: \ "Our three heroes Adam McSix, Orz Zero, and The Dwarf are taking a break in a cave in the mountain 'Ironpick Peak' when Adam suddenly notices that The Dwarf might have set her eyes on the Orc.

At least, that's what he assumes.

Throughout the song, he makes fun of The Dwarf.

Finally, she's had enough and quickly orders barbarians from 'Only Heroes' to teach Adam a lesson.

Unfortunately, she misspells the order and the bards of Van Canto arrive." The album will feature the band's one-of-a-kind storytelling, with eleven tracks showcasing their unique blend of epic power metal and absurdity.
