ARMORED SAINT has confirmed a North American co-headlining tour with METAL CHURCH, set to begin on November 2 in San Juan Capistrano, California and conclude on November 21 in Agoura Hills, California. The tour will feature LIVEKILL as additional support. \n\nARMORED SAINT's ninth studio album, "Emotion Factory Reset", was released in May via Metal Blade Records.
Described as a "resurrection of sorts", the record features eleven tracks of diverse musicality and lyrical themes, produced by bassist Joey Vera and mixed by Jay Ruston. \n\nThe release includes a special European edition CD digipak with the bonus track "One Chain (Don't Make No Prison)", originally written by Dennis Lambert and Brian Potter and first released by PEOPLE in 1970. Additional cover versions include THE FOUR TOPS (1974), SANTANA (1978) and THE DOOBIE BROTHERS (1989).
\n\nARMORED SAINT's current lineup — singer John Bush, guitarists Phil Sandoval and Jeff Duncan, drummer Gonzo Sandoval and bassist Joey Vera — has remained intact since 1989, with only guitarist Dave Prichard passing in 1990. The band has maintained a consistent lineup, distinguishing them among heavy metal acts.
