Legendary technical death metal band Atheist has revealed new video footage from their performance at Cyclone in Tokyo, Japan, during their 2025 world tour.

The footage features the band performing 'An Incarnation’s Dream,' a track from their 1991 album Unquestionable Presence.

In a separate announcement, Atheist is reissuing two of its classic albums on colored vinyl.

The 1990 debut Piece Of Time will be released on orange vinyl via Nuclear Blast on August 28, with the original album completed and recorded in 1988.

Label issues caused multiple delays before its 1990 release.

The 1991 follow-up Unquestionable Presence will be reissued on green vinyl, also through Nuclear Blast, and is recognized as a landmark of technical death metal.

Purchasers of the reissue will receive a free poster.

Pre-orders for the vinyl reissues are available through the Nuclear Blast webshop: https://shop.nuclearblast.com/collections/atheist.

The reissues follow the band’s ongoing global tour, which includes performances across multiple continents, with Tokyo serving as a key stop.

While specific dates for the full tour are not yet available, the Tokyo show is highlighted as a significant moment in the band’s current world tour.

Atheist, known for their pioneering role in the technical death metal genre, continues to maintain a strong presence in the metal community through both live performances and archival releases."
