AVENGED SEVENFOLD's alter ego project STATICA has released the official lyric videos for all four tracks on its four-song EP. The EP, titled "Statica", was surprise released in July and features the songs "Lights", "Statica", "Rejoice", and "Ashes". The full release runs 18 minutes and 7 seconds and incorporates robotic vocals, sci-fi synths, and electronic dance beats, marking a new musical direction for the band.

The project was previously showcased with the official music video for "Statica", directed by Lance Drake and filmed in Northridge, California. AVENGED SEVENFOLD has not issued a public statement regarding the release, which was made independently, continuing the band's trend of self-directed artistic ventures.

In addition, AVENGED SEVENFOLD and GOOD CHARLOTTE have joined for a 16-city North American tour promoted by Live Nation. The tour began July 25 in Ridgedale, Missouri and concluded August 27 at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix, Arizona.

The band previously postponed its fall 2025 Latin American tour in September 2025 due to M. Shadows' vocal injury, specifically a vocal fold hematoma. The tour was initially set to begin in Buenos Aires, Argentina but was canceled after the diagnosis.
