Poland’s underground death and black metal band Azarath has released "Herald Of The Unseen," the first single and music video from its upcoming studio album Scorn Eternal. The track, featuring live footage from the Summer Dying Loud Festival, is set for release on November 20 via Agonia Records.

Scorn Eternal marks a significant evolution in Azarath’s sound, blending sinister blast beats and possessed riffs into a blistering assault on religious dogma. The band remains unchanged in its lineup: vocalist Skullripper, guitarist Bart, bassist Peter, and drummer Inferno. Inferno is also known for his work with Behemoth, while Bart has previously performed with Armageddon and Damnation.

The album was recorded at Sound of Records Studio from December 2025 to May 2026, mixed at Studio Wieloślad in June 2026, and engineered, mixed, and mastered by Haldor Grunberg of Satanic Audio. The cover artwork was created by Marta Promińska of Hypnagogic Art.

Azarath has built a formidable reputation over two decades, drawing comparisons to Krisiun and Immolation. The band’s 2020 album Saint Desecration solidified its status as a cornerstone of European death metal.

A full tour schedule follows: December 17–20, Metalowa Wigilia Festival Tour across Poland, including stops in Warszawa, Wrocław, Poznań, and Kraków. The tour continues with a performance at Maryland Death Fest in the US on May 29, and the Brutal Assault 2027 event at Josefov Fortress in Jaroměř, Czech Republic, from August 4–7.
