Battle Beast Announces Vocalist Noor Louhimo's Exit
Former Battle Beast vocalist Noor Louhimo has officially departed the band to pursue a solo career. The announcement was made by Battle Beast in December 2025, following 13 years of collaboration. The band stated that Louhimo's departure was a result of personal circumstances, including health issues and a prior car accident, which led her to reassess her priorities as an artist.
Louhimo emphasized that the decision was not about ending her musical journey, but about pursuing new creative paths with greater focus. Her final performance with Battle Beast took place at Progresja in Warsaw, Poland on December 14, 2025, where the band performed "Wings Of Light". Battle Beast has confirmed Brazilian vocalist Marina La Torraca of Phantom Elite and Exit Eden as her successor.
La Torraca expressed excitement about joining the band, calling it both thrilling and humbling to follow in Louhimo's footsteps. The band confirmed that their activities will continue, with the group moving forward under new leadership. Louhimo thanked the band and fans for the shared memories and expressed gratitude for the experience.
Noor Louhimo’s last performance on the Finnish TV show Elämäni Biisi on October 31 featured a rendition of Iron Maiden’s "The Trooper", while her earlier appearance on Tähdet, Tähdet on May 24 included a performance of AC/DC’s "You Shook Me All Night Long". The transition marks a significant change in the band's lineup and direction.
