In a new interview with Bill Bailey of Today's Boondoggle Podcast, BIOHAZARD vocalist/bassist Evan Seinfeld spoke about his recently launched fitness app Full Metal Fitness.

The app offers state-of-the-art workouts tailored to users' goals; easy-to-follow meal plans for optimal results in fitness and longevity; weekly accountability video calls led by Seinfeld with members training virtually; and one-on-one video coaching with Seinfeld in the platinum and diamond memberships.

Regarding how the idea for Full Metal Fitness came about, Seinfeld explained: 'I've been coaching guys for some years...

And I love fitness, man.

It's like the truth.' The concept for Full Metal Fitness started taking shape when Seinfeld was running beach workouts for men in Mantorship and teaching yoga.

A local bodyguard introduced him to MacroActive, who build fitness apps for top fitness influencers worldwide.

Seinfeld expressed his desire to be a 'hardcore/heavy metal Jack LaLanne.' He aims to create a culture where fans can get fit and level up their lives together.

When Full Metal Fitness was first announced in April, Evan said in a statement: 'I am launching Full Metal Fitness...

and building a community of badass metalheads and hardcore fans who are getting fit and leveling up our lives together!' BIOHAZARD has been touring extensively in the US with SEPULTURA and EXODUS since February and will head to Europe for 40 shows.

The band will also perform at Bloodstock festival, a huge event with over 100,000 attendees where Seinfeld plans to host a Full Metal workout on one of the stages.

He encourages fans to show up, follow the plan, put in effort, and have a good time doing it.

When signing up for Full Metal Fitness, users receive customized workout plans, diets, shopping lists, recipes with exact macros, demonstration videos of every exercise, and one-on-one video calls with Seinfeld and texting support.

After living in Los Angeles for some time, Seinfeld relocated to Tulum, Mexico in 2021 where he founded Mantorship.,BIOHAZARD's latest studio album, 'Divided We Fall', was released last October via BLKIIBLK.

The band has been touring extensively since the release of their album.
