Heavy smoke and fog effects triggered fire alarms during DETHKLOK's Saturday, May 16 concert at Landmark Credit Union Live in Milwaukee.
The show was cut short after the venue's fire alarm system went off, lights went out, and sound was cut.
Despite co-headliners AMON AMARTH performing without incident earlier that night, DETHKLOK took to the stage and had already made it about halfway through its set when the alarms sounded.
In an Instagram story posted by the band's mastermind Brendon Small, he apologized for the early end to the show, stating 'Thanks for your cooperation at tonight's show.' The venue is reportedly working with DETHKLOK to make things right for ticket holders, who can expect an email with more information soon.
This incident occurred during DETHKLOK's ongoing tour, "The Amonklok Conquest," which kicked off on April 15 in Phoenix and is scheduled to run through May 21 in Las Vegas.
The band's current lineup includes Small on guitar and vocals, Gene Hoglan on drums, Pete Griffin on bass, and Nili Brosh on guitar shredding duties.
