DEVILDRIVER frontman Dez Fafara has weighed in on the debate surrounding artificial intelligence (AI)-generated music.

In a new interview with Poland's MetalSide, Fafara stated that he doesn't use AI tools to create melodies or harmonies, calling it 'just another tool.' However, he acknowledges its value as a creative aid.

Fafara also discussed DEVILDRIVER's upcoming album “Strike And Kill,” which is set to release on July 10 via Napalm Records.

With 13 tracks to explore, DEVILDRIVER is gearing up for a massive release.

The band has already begun writing new material, with Fafara indicating that they're 'digesting' their latest work.

When asked about DEVILDRIVER's plans following the release of “Strike And Kill,” Fafara hinted at the possibility of another album on the horizon.
