Dutch industrial alt-metal project First World Appetite has released an official lyric video for 'Silence Of God' (ft.

Diffy), a track taken from their latest full-length album, Angel Shades Demise.

The video adds a cinematic visual layer to the project's universe, enhancing the emotional weight of the song through striking imagery.

Angel Shades Demise, originally released on June 12, 2026, is First World Appetite's most immersive and ambitious release to date.

The album explores themes of isolation, questioning, and the search for meaning in a world filled with uncertainty, blending industrial aggression with deeply personal storytelling.

Formed in 2017 by Ronald de Groot, First World Appetite draws inspiration from bands such as Ministry, Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, Slipknot, and Korn.

The project's music combines crushing rhythms, dark electronic textures, and raw emotional expression into a unique industrial alt-metal experience.

Previous releases include LXIV (2022) and the 2024 industrial reinterpretation of Tom Waits’ 'Goin’ Out West,' continuing the project's evolution toward a darker, more expansive sound.

The album features tracks including 'Erase My Scars,' 'Eternal War,' 'Growing Death Inside,' 'Get Down,' 'Faye,' 'When The Devil Collects,' 'Don’t Run From Demons (Walk Among Them),' 'Inside The Void,' 'First World Appetite,' and 'Silence Of God' (ft.

Diffy)."
