Nancy Wilson, guitarist for the legendary rock band HEART, confirmed that the band's new studio album is nearly complete.

The record, set to follow 2016's 'Beautiful Broken,' is described as 'really, really strong' and will be released at the end of August.

All tracks were recorded live in Nashville with musicians who performed during the band's most recent tour, reinforcing the album's authentic HEART sound.

The project is part of a broader rollout that includes a live-action film, a band documentary, and a world tour.

Following the reunion of the Wilson sisters after a family rift in 2016, HEART has resumed touring.

The North American leg of the 'Royal Flush' tour was initially postponed in July 2024 due to Ann Wilson's cancer diagnosis.

After surgery and preventive chemotherapy, she returned to the stage.

The current lineup includes Nancy Wilson, Ann Wilson, Ryan Wariner, Ryan Waters, Paul Moak, Tony Lucido, and Sean Lane.

Ann Wilson and her psych-rock band TRIPSITTER will release a new album titled 'Consecrated Ground' on August 14, followed by a tour launching in September and running through November.

The HEART biopic, directed by Carrie Brownstein and produced by Lynda Obst for Amazon, will span from the Wilson sisters' childhood to the 1990s.

The film will be released in conjunction with the band's new album and tour.
