Legendary thrash/crossover band Hirax will embark on a ten-date tour of Brazil later this year, sharing the stage with labelmates and fellow speed metallers Double Crush Syndrome.
The tour is set to kick off on July 3 in Belo Horizonte, where Hirax will perform at Caverna.
Additional dates include Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Ponta Grossa, Curitiba, Florianópolis, Porto Alegre, Belem, Macapá, and Limeira.
Double Crush Syndrome's frontman and ex-Sodom guitarist Andy Brings joined Hirax on stage for a rendition of "Bombs Of Death" during their recent performance at Rock Hard Festival 2026 in Germany.
Hirax has shared the stage with iconic peers such as Metallica, Exodus, Megadeth, and Slayer during the explosive rise of thrash metal in the 1980s.
The band's vocalist Katon W.
De Pena displays electrifying live performances and an uncompromising attitude which continues today.
Hirax released their sixth album, Faster Than Death, in February 2025 via Armageddon Label.
The album cover artwork was created by Thomas Pinheiro.
Faster Than Death tracklisting includes tracks such as "Drill Into The Brain", "Armageddon", and "Faster Than Death".
Fans can purchase Hirax merchandise at hirax.bigcartel.com and hirax.bandcamp.com.
A new album, Rapid Fire Succession: On Target Part II, has also been released by BraveWords Records.
