Vancouver, Canada's Iron Kingdom has announced the third single and music video from their upcoming sixth studio album, Shadows And Dust.

The new track is titled “Deadhouse Gates” and follows the album’s first two singles, “Defenders” and “Blood And Steel,” in showcasing the band’s blend of classic heavy metal power, epic storytelling, and electrifying musicianship.

According to bassist Leighton Holmes, the song draws inspiration from Steven Erikson's Malazan Book of the Fallen series.

The Deadhouse is a central location in the book where two mortals seek to ascend to godhood as rulers of Shadow.

However, the song warns of the dangers presented to those who stray from the path.

In related news, Iron Kingdom has revealed details about their upcoming tour supporting their album Shadows And Dust.

They will be embarking on a lengthy headlining run across Western Canada with confirmed festival appearances at Armstrong Metal Fest and Loud As Hell Open Air Festival.

The tour kicks off June 5th at Vancouver's Rickshaw Theatre.
