Jorn Lande has confirmed his role as co-writer on Tony Iommi's upcoming solo album, 'From The Dark'.

The album features eight tracks, with Lande contributing vocals and melodies alongside Iommi, drummer Karl Brazil, and bassist Becky Baldwin.

Lande emphasized that the creative process was organic, with no pre-set direction, and that both musicians adjusted their arrangements to complement each other.

The album will be released in multiple formats, including a deluxe double vinyl edition manufactured in four colors and cut at 45rpm for enhanced dynamic range.

The vinyl includes a premium black card with a die-cut Tony Iommi signature cross and an illustrative inner sleeve.

A CD Amazon exclusive and a 32-page deluxe CD media book edition will also be available, with two bonus tracks: 'Scent Of Dark' and 'Deified (extended version)'.

The album marks Lande's continued collaboration with Iommi, following previous work with the surviving members of HEAVEN & HELL.

In 2010, Lande performed at a tribute to Ronnie James Dio at the High Voltage festival in London, alongside Geezer Butler and Vinny Appice.

That same year, he released a tribute album titled 'Dio'.

According to Lande, the surviving members of HEAVEN & HELL did not express hostility toward the release, and he was invited to participate in select shows during Ronnie's final days.

Lande stated that he chose to keep the experience private for years, citing respect for Ronnie and the fans, but now reflects on it as a meaningful experience.

He also noted that he had previously worked with Iommi on unreleased demos around 2005, prior to the official formation of HEAVEN & HELL."
