KISS will celebrate 50 years of its presence in Germany with a fan celebration on October 30, 2026, at Mitsubishi Electric Halle in Düsseldorf.
The event will feature Tommy Thayer as a special guest, joining the KISS tribute act KISS FOREVER BAND during its live performance.
German metal icon Doro Pesch will also perform, joining Thayer and the tribute band for the musical finale.
Ossy Hoppe and Didi Zill will appear as additional special guests.
A rare KISS artefact, exclusive products, limited music releases, and other surprises will be available to attendees.
Tommy Thayer, who joined KISS in 2003 as lead guitarist, has spent more time in the band than any other lead guitarist.
He confirmed in past interviews that he has grown more comfortable in the role over time, emphasizing his role as a team player who has helped maintain the band’s cohesion.
Thayer has stated that his legacy will be defined as the 'glue' that kept the band together during a significant period of its history.
Doro Pesch credited Gene Simmons with transforming her experience during the production of her 1990 solo album 'Doro'.
She described Simmons as a highly intelligent and motivating producer, noting how he guided the creative process and ensured the final mix was perfect, including the track 'Mirage'.
Tickets for the event will go on sale on August 11, 2026.
