Norwegian black metal pioneers Mayhem have released their latest single, 'Life Is a Corpse You Drag', accompanied by an official music video.

The track offers a stark exploration of the fragility and temporality of human life, as expressed in the album Liturgy of Death set to release on February 6.

Vocalist Attila Csihar describes the track as more than a statement, calling it 'a ritual and a realization'.
