Metallica has confirmed an eight-show residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada, scheduled for October 1 and 3, 15 and 17, 22 and 24, and 29 and 31, 2026.

The event continues the No Repeat Weekend tradition established during the M72 World Tour, with no songs repeated on Thursday and Saturday shows.

The residency will feature immersive technologies including the world’s highest resolution LED display, Sphere Immersive Sound, and multi-sensory 4D technology, offering fans a new dimension of the band’s live performance.

Attendees are invited to submit photos from past Metallica shows for potential display during the 2026 event.

Submissions are open now through September 13, 2026, and will be accepted for any shows attended during the residency.

The band has previously played over 4 million fans across all seven continents during the M72 World Tour, which launched in spring 2023.

The Sphere residency marks a significant expansion of Metallica’s live experiences, combining iconic performances with cutting-edge venue technology.

In a separate announcement, BraveWords Records has released the new album PRIOR CONVICTIONS by Alcatrazz.

The album features two new tracks: "Transylvanian Requiem" and "Stand and Wait Your Turn." Both songs are included in the full release, which spans eleven tracks and bridges the band’s past and future musical direction."
